In recent months, we have been busy re-designing the way we manufacture our lead lined cabinets.
The result is a completely new door design with improved hinges and locking mechanism.
The design feature incorporates improved shielding at the door surround which is the most critical face of the cabinet. This will give peace of mind to end users who are often working in close vicinity to the cabinets. The new hinges will offer improved stability and accuracy for the door together with a longer working life.
The two changes have been incorporated into recent manufacturing procedures with great success and will now be used on all future cabinets and safes where the design brief permits.
