Lead Lined Plywood
Lead lined plywood is particularly useful for the lining of existing rooms where wet trades (plastering) needs to be avoided. Lead plywood is often used in locations where a more robust finish is required such as veterinary practices.
This product can be used to shield walls, ceilings and floors.
Boards can be supplied unfinished, veneered or with a wipe clean decorative laminate of the customer’s choice.

Stud Walls
Boards can be applied to a proprietary metal stud system or timber stud walls. As with lead plasterboard, jointing fillets are used to seal the radiation path where the boards abut at the joints.
Fixing details are available on request.

Brick & block walls
50mm wide leaded battens are fixed to the walls at 600mm centers. The Lead plywood is then applied direct to the battens with normal drywall screws.
The leaded battens also provide shielding at the joints.
